Camping Rules & Conditions of Entry

1. Check-in time is 11am and check-out time is 10am. We can be flexible with your check-in & check-out please talk to the owners first

 

1. No loud noise after 10:30pm unless approved by the owner

 

2. All rubbish must be collected and removed off site on departure

 

3. Be mindful of potential tree limbs that can fall, we take no responsibility for damage or injury due to this. Camping is at your risk

 

4. Eco-Friendly Sunscreens, Shampoos, detergents, Soaps to be used

 

5. Communal Pavillion must be kept clean and tidy, no rubbish laying around

 

6. All children must be supervised at all time on the property and no children to be swimming with out Adult supervision, if any injury occurs it is the parents & guardians responsibility we take no liability

 

7. Fires must be contained in a fire pit off the ground, some fire drums are available on site, a communal fire pit is available on site

 

8. Please use common sense and be respectful to other guests when choosing your site. If you require assistance when choosing you campsite, please speak to the owners

 

9. Owners reserve the right to ask campers to leave at their discretion

 

10. Site is only for 1 family being max 2 adults and up to 4 kids, 1 vehicle only, you must book another site for separate families

 

11. A zero-tolerance policy applies for drunken, illicit drug use, disorderly, abusive or aggressive behavior. The local authorities may be contacted in the event these behaviors are Un tolerated. All laws and regulations relating to alcohol and drug consumption apply. Management reserve the right to ask any person that breach the law to leave the premises or be collected from the premises immediately

 

12. Fishing is on a catch and release basis, all hooks are to be barbless

 

13. Leave all gates closed and do not go into the animal enclosures unless approved by the owners.

 

14. Guests can walk through the Market Garden on a Friday & Saturday only, between the hours of 8am and 2pm.

 

15. Owners of this property are exempt from any liability claims and is deemed that any visitor entering the property takes full liability and acceptance of our terms.
